For a long time, I lived inside a body that felt unfamiliar.

Grief reshaped everything. My sleep. My hormones. My weight. My stress response. My sense of self.

I kept trying to push through it.

More discipline.

More diets.

More motivation.

More protocols.

Nothing worked.

Not because I was failing, but because my body was protecting me in ways I did not understand.

The day I realized my body was not the problem was the day everything changed.
It did not need punishment.
It needed clarity.
It needed safety.
It needed someone who could interpret the signals it was sending.

This is the foundation of my work and the reason I created The Exhausted Woman’s Reset.

My name is Amy.

I am an RN and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who specializes in midlife physiology and nervous system patterns.


My work exists at the intersection of:

  • clinical biology

  • lived experience

  • emotional load

  • midlife hormonal shifts

  • stress physiology

  • nervous system compensation

I help women understand their body before trying to change it.
Because clarity is the first step toward healing.
And because no woman transforms through confusion.



WHAT I DO

I help midlife women who feel:

  • exhausted even after a full night of sleep

  • inflamed or uncomfortable in their bodies

  • frustrated by weight that will not move

  • restless and wired in the middle of the night

  • confused because their labs look normal but they do not feel normal

  • overwhelmed by health advice and unsure where to start

I look at patterns.
Stress patterns.
Sleep patterns.
Nervous system patterns.
Metabolic patterns.
Hormone patterns.
Genetic patterns.

These patterns reveal why your body feels the way it does and what it needs to respond again.

My job is to make your physiology make sense.
Because once you understand your body, you stop fighting it and start healing with it.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

Midlife women are often dismissed or misunderstood.
Told to sleep more.
Eat less.
Stress less.
Exercise more.
Wait it out.
None of this acknowledges the real biology of midlife.

Exhaustion has a cause.
Weight resistance has a cause.
Nighttime wakeups have a cause.
An overwhelmed nervous system has a cause.

When no one explains this to you, you begin to blame yourself.
I know that feeling.
I lived it.

This work is my answer to that silence.
